Interaction Rules

1. This site is created and maintained by supporters of Spartak Moscow. Still there is no discrimination on what club you support. Fans of any club can express their thoughts here, as well as discuss problems and events.
2. The forum has several subforums with their own rules of discussion. No flooding is the unique rule for all of them. You can write only on the relevant topic and matters you are aware of 100% so as not to mislead other people. Flooding is forbidden up to deletion of violators from the forum.
3. It is forbidden to registrate twice (using two or more than two usernames) and will lead to deletion of each subsequent username.
4. The rules of behavior on this forum prohibit any unreasonable insult of forum visitors or persons who do not post here but participate in football actions. Any unreasonable despise of other clubs will not be tolerated. If warnings are of no effect, such violators will be locked temporarily or constantly. Respect and humor are welcomed.
5. Deleted will be any mention of names, surnames or description of any nature that can lead to a person’s identification.
6. Deleted will be messages that can go under the Russian Law on counteracting extremist activity.

   Article 13: Non-admission of use of public communication network for the exercise of extremist activity.

   “In conducting discussions and debates on by public communication network sites it is inadmissible to place and spread materials containing calls for exercising extremist activity. In case of appearance of such materials a person in charge of administering (moderating) or providing the work of such website is obliged to take immediate measures to delete such materials. In case of refusal to do so the site may be blocked by a court decision. The decision to block should be taken by court within 5 days on the grounds of an according statement by a prosecutor”.

7. Forum Admin reserve the right for independent interpretation and application of these rules. It also reserves the right to alter any rules at any time.
