Season 2009 has come to an end. Now it’s time to sum it up.
I will break this article into the following chapters:
1. Our support 2. Tours 3. Membership 4. Relationships with the club 5. Social projects 6. Our site 7. The finance 8. The general resume and plans for 2010
Some sections are written by those who are responsible for these directions with my small edition.
1. Our
support
I will
gradually walk along the whole season and try to mention all the significant
moments of this year.
All has
begun in a low season period when we found out that Zenit was going to be our
rival in the first round of the championship. We have been slowly,
approximately preparing for this game for about a month. We have decided to
replace the usual modules with small flags and to display a composition from
them that we hadn't done earlier. But if 15-16 thousand sheets of paper are
rather inexpensive and not volume, more than 12000 flags on staffs make a full
van and a heap of work. But as we have begun the preparation in advance,
everything has been made without any haste, as it had been planned. The results
you could observe at the first round match.

The main
mistakes:
- Flags
needed to be made one and a half - two times larger;
- The
figure 1 on a banner needed to be shaded in order to look brighter.
In the 4th
round there happened a significant enough event. Basically uninteresting match
with FC "Moskva" will be remembered by the first serious attempt to
make a mass, organized corteo. Before that case there was an attempt on a
hockey in Minsk (about 20 people) and in the
second round in Krasnodar
(roughly 300 people).
I perfectly
remember the first reaction - the majority mocked and neighed at it. Even our
fans were among those who laughed at this corteo. And the participants sweared:
"we went too quickly", "the support was awful" etc. My only
comment on this corteo on one of the sites was: "He laughs best who laughs
last!"
When in the
beginning of 2009 we met and while drinking a couple of beers discussed a
forthcoming season, we have decided to pay special attention to the away games:
to make our away sectors more colourful and probably even to arrange small
performances. This year has presented to us superb Ramenskoe, Rostov,
Kazan.
2 weeks
after the game with FC "Moskva" we had an away match in Kazan. Time has come to
answer to all the bullshitters and "well-wishers" and in Kazan we have organized a
magnificent, tremendous corteo, gathered more than 1500 people!
Again we
made several mistakes: from time to time we went too quickly, the support was
not very сool, but we gradually gained an excellent experience.
Thanks to
the team (we have won 2-0), the match in Kazan
besides the fuckin' banner was remembered by colourful, loud and massive
support.
The
following match with "Dynamo" should be noted because of a small performance.
("Victory only")
At the same
time there was a first large conflict in that season between fans and the
police. In Vladivostok
the fan-movement of the football club "Luch" has got under the police
press, the result of which was that the fans were not allowed to one of the
matches! It has caused a chain reaction to all the stadiums of Russia, banners in support of Vladivostok were made by almost every fan movements
of our country, and in some cities the police in every possible way prevented
all the actions in support of "Luch", which led to conflicts and fans’
leaving sectors in protest. We didn't stand aside of this problem as well,
having organized a competent enough and a resonant action.

Keeping in
mind that in addition at this particular time motherfucker major Evsyukov has
shot people in a supermarket, cops after this action were extremely angry.
The match
in Cherkizovo with "Lokomotiv" in the 11th round was remembered by a
good support and a mass piro show.
The middle
of July besides a heat has presented to us a double south tour in Rostov and Krasnodar
(Russian cup game). In Rostov
a corteo has been again organized. We chose a meeting place by means of
internet maps and have chosen it, to put it mildly, unsuccessfully. The spot,
on which the meeting was planned, has been surrounded by roads from different
directions, and on the way we had a filling station. Nobody planned to burn
down the town, so the meeting place was transferred 500 meters closer to the
stadium already on the match day. As a result, having waited and having
collected about 1000 people, we made our way to the stadium, having barred the
road for a while. In my opinion, it was our best corteo of the season.
It has
turned out to be really loud and colourful. While we were marching to the
stadium, the bus with our team caught up the column and has got in a small
human jam. It was a bit funny - the huge crowd approaches the stadium with
red-white banners and flags and our bus drives to the territory right behind
them.

The match
has once again collected an unbelievable number of the red-whites. By different
estimations 3500-4000 people have gone on tour to this game. As the game
started at 21-00 local time because of a heat, we have decided to illuminate a
banner with flares as it already got dark at this time. As a background, we
have laid out red-white flags on a tribune. For an away game the performance
was very adequate.
Actually it
wasn't done without a mistake - we have forgotten the letter "S" at
the end of the word "LIKE". Well, it happens to everyone.
The support
on the match was excellent as well.
The next
game was with the scum (cska), and we prepared for a long time for it. We have
decided to make a really abrupt composition for the derby, to represent one of
masterpieces of the world painting, one of Michelangelo frescos "Adam's
Creation". The task was clear - to transfer one in one the legendary image
on the biggest cloth we whenever sewed (80x30 meters)! Our artist Andryukha has
devoted almost a week to it, drawing in details each stroke and trying a lot.
And when it is not even a day, several hours till the match, the young squad of
Yaroslavka comes to the drawing place, burns a part of a cloth and beats up the
artists. At that moment there was such anger and feeling of powerlessness that
nothing can be changed, that it is hard to express it in words. Almost
fortnight work (before drawing this large object was sewed) of loads of people
were going to come to nothing. I then have immediately left for Lyublino, where
it has all occurred, to support guys and girls. What else was possible to do at
1 o'clock in the morning on the derby day? A lot - as it turned out. Literally
everyone who only could have arrived within an hour to the place of drawing.
People left cottages, holidays and birthdays and went to Lyublino to help.
Someone has brought fabric pieces, someone - threads, someone - paint, and
during the whole night more than 100 people sewed and drew, restoring the
burnt part. During that moment I personally was really proud for our fans. That
fire in the eyes of all the participants of that night, not indifferent to what
had happened, is worth a lot.
We've done
it in time, and in the morning the banner was in Luzhniki. We were making the
final strokes already on a stadium parking to show it to the police. It was our
best answer to the fuckin' horses who have been bullshitting for the whole
night in the Internet, and at 2pm the same day they have put their tongues into
their asses!
The team
has not let us down as well. The victory in the derby 2-1 was the best gift and
reward for all the efforts. Our support was magnificent. Probably, it was the
happiest day in this season. And I personally consider this action the best in
2009.
Nalchik away this year was absolutely
unremarkable. Everything has passed marvelously silently and easy. I will still
note a kind of a new practice. We have ordered minibuses for all the comers
from Pyatigorsk to Nalchik,
for all the fans they were absolutely free. I suppose this tradition will
continue the next year.
The
following away game was in Grozny, and it took
place on kadyrov-senior's birthday and has coincided with several explosions in
Grozny for
about a couple of days before our arrival. All the previous days have passed in
discussion of whether it was dangerous to go there. In connection with a
difficult situation in republic even the second team played on the same day with
the first one. So everybody visited two matches in one day, having had time to
support the young team. The tour has passed extremely easy and without any
incidents, and the team shamed all the whiners and alarmists, confidently
having beaten Terek, for which before flying away has received a loud applause
at the airport from our charter. Still this tour for 160 fans from
approximately 400 that were on sector in Grozny,
will be remembered by the fact that the plane because of bad weather could not
land in Moscow
and landed in. Kazan where we had to spend about
9 hours, and only after that we could at least take off for Moscow.
Ramenskoe,
which fell upon us in 22nd round, has seen a colourful enough action. For the
first time at this stadium the banner has completely closed one of the
tribunes. 70x18 meters, 100% hand made. And from above it has been illuminated
by stroboscopes. It has turned out to be more than impressive.
From a
match in Ramenskoe Spartak has made a 6 match victorious series, having
approached us to the champion's title more than ever this year. But these
dreams have been broken down in Samara. Another corteo has collected only
400-500 people and the route was hilarious - nearby a cemetery. The tour was
marked also by the day before loss of one of the Gladiators Firm members, Lesha
Kosoy. R.I.P.
The match
itself was terrible - the megaphone refused to work on a cold, drum membranes
have torn immediately, the number of away fans was enormous but the number made
no use that evening. Support was practically absent, as well as our team on the
field. A failure in all the ways, and goodbye to the champion's title. The main
disappointment of year.
But what
fan does not trust in the team up to the end? While there were even theoretical
chances of a victory, certainly, all of us trusted in our team-Cinderella and
our Valera-the
Wizard. The following, penultimate match of a season, with horses. There is
nothing to lose. And we have devoted the pre-match performance to it - All In,
a poker term when you stake all you have, andValera Karpin on a cloth, sitting at the table in the form of a football
ground, throwing on it two main chips of the season - Alex and Welliton.
A little
mistake was made concerning the size of the banner, we missed literally 5 meters at width, and
also we have badly stretched out the banner at the bottom. I dump it on nerves
which have been strained this day. The composition was completed by the most
powerful piro-show, no doubt, the best of the year. It is useless to watch photos,
it is necessary to have a look at the video. It was unrealy amazing. The
support has been the best in the season during the first 15 minutes, but then
went down a little and woke up only when we scored the third goal. The most
vexing defeat and we could forget about the champion's title that year.
And here it
is, the 30th round in which we need nothing, and only the victory is necessary
for Zenith to take the bronze. Red-white Saint-Petersburg has, as always,
colourfully met the team arrived in Pulkovo.

And a day
before the game, there was a golden match of the second teams where the victory
was necessary for us. Our guys have been attacking during the whole game, had a
heap of moments and could score at least 5 goals. But it was unlucky for us
that day, the missed penalty goal and a loss 0-1.
The next
morning was promising. We did not prepare any performance, for us the match
meant nothing, and as always we devote performance to the team, there was
nothing to say but just "Thanks for the season"! But we have decided
to make a corteo. Tell to me who else, except for us, is ready and capable to
make at present a good corteo in Piter? Nobody! Yes, we wanted to make it in a
radical way. Yes, we wanted to make it special, unlike all the previous. So
that the Zenit fans simply told after it that "they are fuckin'
crazy". And we have almost done it. It is unnecessary to retell everything
that happened in Piter before the game.. It has already been made a lot of
times. And let even it has caused an ambiguous reaction, and let it has lasted
for only 5 minutes, but it were abrupt 5 minutes, it was real ultra - direct,
sincere and uncompromising!
It was the
bullet point of this season. The season of victories, the season of
disappointments and the season of hopes.
Summing up
our support of the year, I will tell that we have acted this year more, than
adequately. We have perfectly adjusted corteos, we have made some very good
actions, we have broken all the possible records of away games attendance. The
only thing, in which we have not really promoted, is singing. From time to time
the sound was excellent, but in comparison to the 2008, there is no great progress.
New tunes are needed; we need to complicate them, to diversify the repertoire
with a greater number of songs. And we will put an emphasis on this during the
low season period at hockey games.
My report
would not be full if I have not given a word to one more our capo, my good
friend and colleague, Sasha Kriks, who was a capo on most of our games this
year. Here're his impressions of the season:
"Looking back, we name the season
"ambiguous" for the 100th time. Though, this year it was unequivocal,
probably, only for Barcelona.
There is nothing what we now regret about, so, we didn't do anything for
nothing. Basically, it is possible to tell that the actions are getting more
and more sensible. Today it's hard to surprise anyone with a module show, and
to be the first, it is always necessary to hit the target and we tried to do
so. In the first round against Zenith the performance «Our aim» has designated
our team a task for the season, in the penultimate round against horses when
the destiny of medals was solved, there was a competent action «All in»,
pointing our intentions to stake everything, but to be the first. It is a pity
we had Dzhanaev at river, but shit happens. Next time we will be lucky enough.
It is necessary to note also our action in the summer derby. Very few people in
the country ever achieved such quality of drawing as we did, and the majority
will never achieve it. Support could be better."
Summarizing
the most important chapter of this report, I wish to notice that we have won
the most objective, in my opinion, voting on the best performance of year in Russia which
annually conducts Championat.ru, Ultras Life magazine and a portal
russian-ultras.com.
And we have
won unconditionally and have left competitors far behind. It is worth mentioning
that another our action also took the second place, and a performance with
"masterpiece" which "does not burn" has not even been
included into the voting list: .
Our
performance is now really the best in Russia, without any reservations
and subjunctive moods.
As a small P.S. of this chapter, I remind you
that we are making an annual DVD as a report on the last season where you will
see the brightest and colourful moments of this year and will keep them in
memory. There will be full exclusive video of all our actions and corteos, from
preparations and lots of other pieces which did not appear in the Internet.
This year we will change the format of this video a little, and it will be no
more a simple set of clips of the season, but something new and more
interesting. Watch the news and wait for the beginning of sales. It will be
already our 4th DVD.
This year we have organized tours
practically to all the Spartak away games, except Tomsk. For the first time there was an
experience of the organization of a charter (Grozny away) thanks to which 160 people have
had an opportunity to visit this town. Besides away games of Spartak we have
organized a tour to a national team match in Helsinki. It was the first experience with
the organization of two coaches. It was not done without a serious mistake on
which we could not affect then, but we have received a good lesson for the
future. Thanks to Fratria, about 2000 people have visited away games in 2009.
Much to our regret, we can not still solve a number of problems which appear
every year: good buses and adequate drivers. Because of these two things it was
necessary to search for other buses literally in some hours before the trip a
few times in the season. Next year I very much hope to sign a contract with a
serious transport company, which has excellent new buses. If it is done, the
quality and speed of movement on our buses will increase manyfold. I will also
note such an important thing as discipline in buses, - this year it became 10
times better. For the whole year we have never paid any penalty for any damages
to the buses as we did all the previous years.
Summarizing, I will tell that, we
have definitely made a step forward in a direction of the organization of
tours. For the first time we have organized not only buses, but also a charter
and rail coaches. But, concerning bus trips (the overwhelming majority chooses
bus tours) there was no progress. The same problems with buses are constantly
fraying the nerves. I very much hope to solve them during the low season
period.
For the first time we have started
the system of membership in Fratria. We have made fan cards, and any interested
person who supports our movement, could get it. This idea is not new and is
widely enough used by many ultras groups of Europe.
During the year about 900 cards have been bought. The price in the beginning of
the year was 1000 rubles, the price from August till the end of this year was
only 400 rubles. Thanks to the cards we have earned about half a million rubles
which have very much helped us during the year. As everything new causes in the
majority, at least, vigilance and, as a maximum, aversion and aggression, both
our "friends" and opponents have flung mud at us for the introduction
of these cards. As a result everybody is now going the same way as it is
difficult enough for any ultras group to exist and develop without membership
dues. These cards will appear in the majority of fan movements, and besides I
will note, that we, Spartak, were the first in Russia in this direction.
As for our cards, besides that each owner of a
card has received the most convenient possibility to book tickets online for
the matches of Spartak and Russian national team (both home and away), all the
members of Fratria have received a number of pleasant bonuses in the form of
discounts which also save money. We have tried to make our cards also economic,
giving the owners of the cards discounts for tours on away games. It would be
desirable to hope that the next year more of these cards would be bought.
With the Karpin's coming to the club
a lot has changed. I describe the most important for us - club and fan movement
relations. We have adjusted the direct contact with Karpin in the end of 2008.
Process of renewal the official fan-club and creation an absolutely new
structure as a matter of fact then has begun. Unfortunately, this process has
not passed without serious consequences for our fan movement and has provoked
the conflict between "Old Guards" and Fratria. I am glad that certain
people have understood and recognized their wrongfulness; as a result, Volodya
Grishin (Major) since recent time works again in the club, in official fan-club
of Spartak. The official fan-club for all this time has been closely working
together with Fratria. Thanks to fan-club the charter to Grozny has been partially paid. Thanks to
fan-club practically on each away match of this year tickets were on sale in Moscow. Denis Denskiy
flied approximately one week before a match to a city where we would then play,
and brought tickets to Moscow
where they were sold to various fan associations and owners of season tickets,
which, certainly, simplified our life a lot. Thanks to close cooperation, it
was possible to hold a very representative annual "Memory Tournament"
which took place this time in Luzniki and has collected about 40 teams from all
over Russia
and even from abroad. We have also held together the "Alenichev Cup"
in Turkey
which has collected not so many fans, but has passed in a magnificent
atmosphere, and everyone who has visited it, has received loads of positive
emotions. Fratria has finally bought the necessary equipment and became the
official partner of the club in the ticket distribution. Also now we are
holding a very serious competition on Ms. Spartak, team rewarding with silver
medals (we take part in working out the scenario and we will partially send the
invitations), rewarding the fans who visited all the games of the past season
and the organization of a team-fans meeting. Actually, Fratria now participates
in all the club actions that certainly pleases and only promotes the
rapprochement of club and fans. Mutual understanding presents now at all
levels, since security service and up to the general director of the club. We
try to unite our efforts as much as possible. At last the club has come to
understanding of necessity of dense work with our fan movement thanks to the
management and personally to Valeriy Karpin. I'm sure that our cooperation will
develop and only get stronger the next year.
We try not to limit our activity
only to support and the organization of our tribunes. We also develop some
social projects. I would like to mention the following three:
- "Alenichev Cup";
- "Memory Tournament";
- helping the children's homes.
"Alenichev cup" besides a commercial component has
a social implication. In May the first cup in Turkey on which we have taken out
many our veterans including the legends of Spartak - Gavrilov, Cherenkov and
others has taken place. For many of them, it is a real financial support which
they lack sometimes. In their years football players earned not as much as the
"stars" of today, as you understand. Maybe the first
"Alenichev's Cup" was unprofitable and has been spent only thanks to
our fan Timur and his company "Football Galaxy", for which we express
him big gratitude, I hope, the next year this idea will not vanish and will
become, besides a good rest and leisure, a quite good possibility to feel our
love and respect for our deserved veterans.

We organize the "Memory
tournament" already the second year. This year it has passed in
Luzhniki. This year we could organize a very representative tournament - there
have arrived teams from Riga, Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Rostov, Orel, Nizhniy
Novgorod, Ekaterinburg, Kaliningrad and Vladimir! 40 teams! It is probably a
limit for a one-day tournament. Thanks to the tournament, we have collected
about 200.000 rubles which have been transferred to relatives of victims of the
1982 year tragedy. The tournament mission was to honour the memory of all the
Spartak fans died that time and to help the initiative group of relatives who
lost then their children. The tournament, unequivocally, will be developed and
improved.

The third, most volume point of our
social projects is helping children's homes. These are not single
actions, they are systematic and it is an absolutely uneasy work which our guys
and girls have been conducting for already a couple years. Therefore I give a
word to the person responsible for this question in our organization - Anton
"AntoSKA":
"This year we have made many
charitable actions, more than last year. We took children to football (a match
with cska in Luzhniki, Legends Cup, two matches of the national team), they
have visited a New Year party in the Kremlin palace, and several hockey matches
of HC Spartak. Also we carried out already traditional actions: a pancake week,
June 1st holiday, Knowledge Day (this time we have brought computers and office
equipment for their computer room), the New Year's action (gifts, a New Year's
fairy tale, the feast).
For such work big money is
necessary. But it is worth it. And probably the welfare fund organization which
we are creating will help us."
Besides this all we always try to
help all the participants of our fan movement. And when someone gets into
trouble and the urgent help is necessary, we are always ready to help. And when
such help was required to an absolutely young guy, Zhenya Nagatinskiy,
literally in a week we have held a charitable auction and a charitable poker
tournament, and also have collected donations thanks to what in short terms we
have collected the necessary sum for Zhenya's operation and saved his life. The
power of a fan movement is defined not only by quantity of firms and beauty of
performance, but frequently by such things as mutual aid in a difficult minute.
Remember and do not pass by, if once again you will see an appeal about a
whip-round in help to someone. Today you will help, tomorrow you will be
helped.
The site fratria.ru was launched in
the end of 2005 with a usual forum and desire to make the best fan site of
Spartak. 4 years have passed, and I can tell that we made it. The most
important thing that we managed to create a group of adherents who DAILY
conduct frequently invisible work of improving of our site. Now we've got the
biggest audio archive, the biggest section devoted to Spartak games in various
tournaments, and not only football tournaments, a splendid section "On
tour" which use not only red-whites, but also many opponents, admitting it
in private conversations. The hugest sections "Links" and
"Games". Our site is unique in the fan runet, and maybe in the fan
world as it is translated into so many languages, and it is one more our pride!
Our only weak point is the section "Photo"; we know it and believe we
conduct careful work to correct it. All it would not be possible without our
chief manager and programmer Yaroslav aka meridian_S, and I ask him to speak
for the story about the work done during 2009:
"The fourth season for our site
comes to an end. And, as always, it comes to and end with my message, in which
I would like to look back to the last year to estimate what has been made on a
site. The site grew and was filled with sections and content. Those, to whom
the comparison is interesting, can watch the news about the results of the
2008. Those, who watched our site this year, know that this year new sections
of our site were opened. They are: Goal-scorers, the Team and Guestbook,
Informer is rewritten, in "the Season" there appeared minifootball
matches, the site Coin box has been opened and grown to a minichat. Well and
the main thing - we now have a new Forum and Blogs. And though for many users
these updatings were not unequivocally positive, believe, it was impossible to
live further with an old version of the forum, and we tried that transition to
pass with minimal problems.
Except this all, the site
fratria.org was added with new languages, sections "the Team",
"the Season" and a Forum. The site fratria.tel - our cut-away to the
international help base of contacts is opened.
Now about the most interesting – the
statistics.
For comparison I will mention the
number of match statistics (hockey, football and minifootball added on our
site:
- 2006 season 1000
- 2007 season 3240 (+2240)
- 2008 season 7229 (+3989)
- 2009 season 11637 (+4403)
We didn't grow twice as earlier, but
still we filled more matches than any previous year! For example, all the
Russian championships have been completed. In 2010 there will be not less
positive events in a site life, both in development of its services, and in
filling its existing sections. At least, we already prepare for you new
sections and content. Well and still a couple of sites, I hope, we will open in
addition to the present ones. Visit us more often and join the site editors’
crew, free vacancies will be declared within the next few days. United we
can more!"
As always, our most weak point. It's
a cause for the constant gossips, hearings and inventions. Inside Fratria there
is a strict enough financial discipline, that is I at any moment can tell, how
much money and on what we have spent, for example... on 5th of March. Or on
June, 20th. Or in any other day of a year. The daily reporting is conducted,
and constantly we had disputes, whether it is necessary to publish the
financial report in the open access. At least the approximate one. And we
always came to the agreement that it makes no sense. However our organization
grows, more and more people support us and join us. We are opened for everyone,
as well as our financial plan.
So, the costs of 2009:
About 1.000.000 rubles was spent on
performances.
Besides the actions, in this list
are included all our text banners, new flags, numerous fishing tackles,
membranes for the drums, sticks, new megaphones, adhesive tapes, rent of halls
for drawing, rent of vans when it was required etc..
The maintenance of the office costs
approximately 2.500.000 rubles.
It includes office rent, payment of
utilities, the Internet, phone, the salary of two employees, office consumable
materials, taxes.
250.000 rubles have been spent on
support and development of our site.
It includes payment of a hosting and
the minimum expenditure for the round-the-clock administration.
The program of support of a
children's home costs 200.000 rubles.
Including every possible gifts for
children, their visiting matches, food, fuel etc.. And that is the list without
including here "Alenichev Cup" and "Memory Tournament".
Summarizing the data, we see that
Fratria budget in 2009 was about 3.950.000 rubles
Now, what makes our income:
- Monthly payments of the initiative
groups and firms, plus fan cards have brought us about 1.000.000 rubles;
- Fratria shop allows covering 50%
of office costs;
- Organized tours have brought us
about 300.000 rubles, thus, that some of them didn't pay their way;
- Site advertisement has brought us
a little.
So we come to a conclusion, that we
have a budget deficit and those holes which should be closed exclusively at our
own expenses.
Do not think that someone is
complaining about it. Here the overall picture in order for anybody to not have
illusions is simply presented. The deficiency always presented, it even was
increasing with the growth of our organization. It is natural that we do not do
nothing and we try to change this situation in every possible way. We have
moved to the new office that will allow us to cut its expenses approximately on
30% in 2010. We have signed the contract with club about ticket distribution,
and we count very much on profit from it. Nothing new, except how to try to
reduce expenses and to search for new ways of earnings, in this world nobody
has thought up and will not think up, therefore we do all we can. We move
forwards but still I have to say that at times it is really hard.
1. To try to adjust the finance. You
will tell that it not the most important aspect, but believe me, you are wrong.
Almost each performance or the action is done at the last minute and with
haste, not because we're idiots and cannot normally plan it. That is why
because almost always there is no money in time. And till the time we collect
the necessary sum, while we buy everything that is needed, there remains little
time, and as you understand it influences the quality of our performance, when
there is no time to concentrate on details. At present we do not have any
stable income item (except shop and membership dues) on which we can 100% rely,
therefore it is possible only to make forecasts. It does not allow, to a huge

count on the profit from sailing the season tickets and fan cards. With our
competent work and your support, in winter months we can already put a quite
good base for the whole year.
As for the fan cards, in 2010 their
price will be only 800 rubles, and for owners of this year cards and members of
initiative groups and firms - only 500 rubles. It's very little, and it is,
besides your contribution in our support and our movement, also economy of
means in the form of every possible discounts. More in detail about cards I
will write later.
2. It is essential to improve our
singing.
It is pleasant that we don't need
any money for this. For this purpose we will need to diversify the tunes, to
complicate them and to start to sing at last, instead of shouting. We will set
to this very seriously.
3. We always develop the
performance.
Ideas, the realization, new
materials, creation. This purpose is constant and invariable. The task for 2010
is to make the action better than "Our city - your capital".
4. To improve the organization of
tours, especially because of the forthcoming euro tours. It is necessary to
sign at last the contract with a good transport company and to stop searching
for any unknown private buses.
5. To reform MFSO Spartak. Work in
this direction is actively enough conducted throughout last half a year. But
the problem is much more serious, than to someone can seem. The problem of
reformation the Spartak Society will be one of the priorities, and we hope for
a full mutual understanding with MFSO Spartak and a fruitful teamwork in 2010.
6. To hold 1-2 football tournaments
besides "Memory Tournament" among Spartak fans and if it would be
possible - to organize friendlies with the fans of the teams which we will play
with in the Champions League in the autumn 2010.
7. To adjust work with regions and
to start to open regional branches of Fratria.
8. To come to an agreement with the
police at last about our own stewards on matches of Spartak.
9. To exclude pyrotechnics on
Champions League matches, not to cross up the club (UEFA fines greatly for
this).
10. Well and the tenth purpose is
traditional - to be always the first! To win in the anniversary 10th year, the
anniversary 10th champion's title, to stay united, stronger than the enemies
and envious people!
Summarizing all the aforesaid, I
will note the fact of constant development. Wrong or dishonest things will never
develop with such speed, so almost everything is done correctly and as I like
to repeat, the one who does nothing is not mistaken. We are not afraid to do,
we are not afraid to make mistakes. We are full of strength and
self-confidence. Only for 4 years we have grown in the largest Russian,
independent fan organization, only thanks to own efforts, enthusiasm,
self-confidence and faith in each other. But we perfectly understand that a lot
should still be done, that there is no limit to perfection and on each of
resulted above points we still have to work. That's what we will do next year!
